Registered Milpark Radiology Incorporated patients, please log in to view your images, reports, and statements. Reports can be downloaded, but patients who want to download images need to contact our PACS administrators. A One-time PIN (OTP) will be sent to your registered cellphone number once you have entered your surname and ID number. International patients, please log in with your date of birth, e.g. 88(Y)03(M)14(D)

To release radiology images and reports, patients can either complete and submit a digital consent form or download a hardcopy. The hardcopy consent form must be printed, completed, and emailed to consent@milrad.co.za
